Founded in 2003, Breault & Smith, LLC ("B&S") is a consulting firm specializing in executive search, compensation, career coaching & introductory services and thought-leadership for financial services firms.

B&S brings specialized, curated and confidential consulting to a select set of 12 repeat clients.  All client relationships are more than 10 years. The firm specializes in all positions in all global geographies.  Clients appreciate B&S' full-service (i.e., one-stop shopping) capabilities.

Executive Search

B&S performs over 50 searches per year for positions with total compensation ranging from $75k to $1m+.

Compensation Consulting

Customized compensation surveys and reports are our forte.  A recent compensation survey was for operations positions in 26 states for a consumer loan firm.

Career Coaching/Introductory Services

Together we will determine what matters most to you – what motivates you and inspires you with intense purpose – and then we will create and implement an action plan to help you attain your goals.  You will be introduced to five members of Breault & Smith's network for informational interviews so that you can verify that your resume and presentation will solve contemporary problems and uncover other problems that you might be able to solve.

Thought Leadership

Breault has made presentations to the Managed Funds Association, GAIM USA, GAIM Cayman, Hedge Fund Business Operation Association, GAIM Asia (Hong Kong) and European Alternative Investment Summit (Dublin), and he is occasionally quoted in the media.
